Can I buy directly from Australian Teaching Aids?
ATA products are sold through our network of trusted retailers across Australia and New Zealand. If you are shopping for your classroom or home, find your nearest stockist on our Find a Retailer page. If you are a retailer or education supplier, you can order with us directly by opening a trade account.

The minimum order value is $50 (ex GST). Orders under $50 incur a $20 small order surcharge.

Orders under $300 (ex GST): $12.90 flat-rate delivery. Orders $300 (ex GST) and over: free delivery within Australia.
How long will my order take?

Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days to metropolitan areas and 5 to 10 business days to regional and remote areas. Some deliveries may take longer depending on the destination.

Yes, we deliver to over 40 countries. International orders cannot be placed through the website checkout. Please contact us first for a quote and we will arrange your order. Any customs duties or foreign taxes are the customer's responsibility.

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details, and request a Return Advice before sending anything back. Return freight is at our cost when the error is ours. For any other return, please get in touch and we will work through it with you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Terms & Conditions of Trade for full details.
