Save for the above, Fineside Pty Ltd does not grant any licence or right in, or assign all or part of, its intellectual property rights in the content or applications incorporated into the website or in the user interface of the website.

1.2. You acknowledge and accept that the information contained on this website (the website information) may include technical inaccuracies. You acknowledge and accept that the website information is subject to change at any time and may not necessarily be up to date or accurate at the time you view it. You should enquire with us directly to ensure the accuracy and currency of the material you seek to rely upon.

To the extent permitted by law Fineside Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties with regard to the information and applications contained on the website and your use of the website, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Fineside Pty Ltd, its contractors, agents, or employees be liable for any damages whatsoever (including special, indirect or consequential) arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the website whether in contract, at common law or in equity, or on any other basis. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude warranties or conditions which Fineside Pty Ltd cannot, by law, exclude. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude any liability which any law requires Fineside Pty Ltd to accept. If Fineside Pty Ltd becomes liable for any breach of any such condition or warranty, Fineside Pty Ltd's liability shall be limited at its option, to any one or more of the following:

(a) In the case of goods, to any one it determines of the following: replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; repair of the goods; payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or providing a credit for the goods; and

(b) In the case of services, to either supplying the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

1.4 You acknowledge and accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, also available on this website.

1.5 You acknowledge and accept that the prices on this website are expressed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Overseas orders will  be processed excluding GST.

1.6 Fineside Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time.

1.7 Fineside Pty Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2. Freight and Handling

Orders with an Invoice total of less than $100 will incur a freight charge of $7.50.
Orders with an Invoice total of between $100 - $200 will incur a freight charge of $10.00.
Orders with an Invoice total of more than $200 will incur a freight charge of $15.00.
Overnight or Special delivery when requested will be charged at 'actual cost'.
Overses orders will be charged at 'actual cost'.

3. Returns

Returns will be accepted on the following basis:

All returns will be approved or rejected at Fineside Pty Ltd's discretion. Where a sample of the product is available on our website, Fineside Pty Ltd is not automatically responsible for accepting returns where there is a customer error.

A request to return can be made to Fineside Pty Ltd within 14 days of receipt of the product. This may be done by submitting a request to return and sending it to Australian Teaching Aids via fax, mail or email stating the reasons for return.

Approved returns will receive at the discretion of Fineside Pty Ltd any one it determines of the following: replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; repair of the goods; payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or providing a credit for the goods.

Where Fineside Pty Ltd is in error, a full credit will be issued at no cost to the customer.
